Position Overview

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plastic injection molding facility.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality.

Provide effective leadership to a diverse team of production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and support personnel.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs as needed.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.

Ensure the manufacturing facility complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety standards.
