Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Enablement Architect to serve as the primary customer facing technical representative for our Government ERP platform. This role bridges Product Management, Cloud Operations, Security, Integrations, Customer Support, and Professional Services, providing customers and prospects with a consistent and trusted source of information regarding the technology, architecture, operations, and evolution of our Government ERP solution. Unlike a traditional Solution Architect role focused primarily on implementation design, this position is responsible for representing the broader platform strategy and communicating the value of our SaaS offering, security framework, integration capabilities, support model, operational processes, and technology roadmap to executive and technical audiences.
