About the role

We're hiring a Platform Engineer to help build, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure behind Tribal's global education software.

You’ll work across real production infrastructure in an Azure-first, multi-cloud environment—and work with a globally distributed team focused on engineering, not just keeping the lights on. More platform ownership, less repetitive operational work.

Remote, Philippines-based. Flexible working. On-call rota included.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure across Azure (primary), AWS, and Oracle Cloud
• Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Working with FluxCD and GitOps practices
• Writing IaC with Terraform and automation scripts in Bash or Python
