Genesys IVR Platform Support Engineer
Locations:
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Kochi
Experience:
6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain IVR call flows, routing strategies, and scripts using Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud/Genesys Engage)
Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot:
SIP Trunking
VoIP
Voice Gateways
Call Routing Issues
Monitor system health, capacity planning, upgrades, and security patching
Support integrations with:
CRM platforms
Ticketing tools
AI-powered Conversational Bots
Generate reports, monitor SLAs, and enhance customer experience
Required Skills:
Genesys Engage / CTI Genesys
IVR & Telecom Domain Expertise
SIP Protocol Knowledge
Genesys Configuration Manager
AWS (EC2, S3, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, CloudWatch)
