Global Collections Technology provides solutions and support to the retail Collections business operations in Canada, LATAM and Caribbean countries. We support mission critical applications and technology processes across the global landscape of the bank to help our business partners provide customer service excellence with regards to the collection of delinquent payments.

A key technical contributor to the Cloud migration journey for Global Collections. Designs and develops ETL processes on pipelines using Azure Data Factory/Azure SQL Managed Instance platforms. Refines processes and pipelines for code and infrastructure delivery, ensuring protection of sensitive Bank data as it relates to Collections data processing,

Provides Azure ETL processing on-call support for Canada Collections.
