The Akamai Network Operations Command Center (NOCC) is responsible to monitor, manage and maintain the Akamai's Platform. NOCC is staffed 24X7 by expert Platform Operations engineers, based out of the global command centers. The Command centers are in - Bangalore, Cambridge, Krakow.

+ Monitoring, managing, and maintaining infrastructure with 3,50,000+ Linux servers, 14500+ Layer 3 and 22,000+ Layer 2 devices.
+ Responding to hardware/software/network/OS related alerts, in a timely fashion as per pre-defined SLAs.
