Job Summary (List Format) Platform Support Executive Vista (Roxy):

• Provide Level 2 support for Vista Application and POS hardware within a fast-paced cinema chain environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Vista system setup configuration and POS operation ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Support and maintain integrations between Vista and ERP modules (Finance Inventory) loyalty and BI systems.
• Collaborate with L1 Support business/operations users and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in Vista upgrades and cloud migration projects including UAT rollout coordination and post-go-live support.
• Configure and maintain Vista modules such as Head Office Loyalty Voucher Management Connect and Cinema.
• Assist with the rollout of new cinemas or system enhancements.
