The Job

As Play Gym Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy play and catering facility, leading a large team to deliver safe, fun, and exceptional experiences for every visitor.

This is a highly hands-on role, particularly during peak periods and school holidays. You'll be just as comfortable supporting your team on the floor as you are managing rotas, budgets, compliance, and operational performance behind the scenes.
