The Role

As the Play Leader you will deliver quality play and learning sessions, during school terms, to meet the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children aged 3 – 5 years who may have developmental challenges or additional needs.  A key focus of the program is to work with parents/caregivers from diverse cultural backgrounds to build their confidence and skills to support their children’s early development and learning at home. Through this program, the Play Leader contributes to the contractual obligations and service level outcomes of the “My Play School” program, funded by Telethon.

Face to face delivery of the early education program will be across 7 weeks per school term with 4 sessions per week. Travel to various host locations within the Southeast metropolitan area is required for program delivery.
