***Job Summary***
The PLM Administrator will support and maintain enterprise applications, including PLM and QMS systems, by managing tickets, performing backend system updates, and resolving user-facing issues within complex workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, maintaining compliance, and supporting business users through direct interaction and application troubleshooting.
***Essential Functions***
β’ Manage and resolve assigned tickets end-to-end
β’ Perform backend administration tasks including data updates and access adjustments
β’ Troubleshoot complex application workflows and business process disruptions
β’ Analyze system behavior, logs, and queues to identify root causes
β’ Restart systems, resolve stuck processes, and address recurring system issues
β’ Communicate with users to gather requirements, provide updates, and confirm resolution
