Bell Cornwall Recruitment are in search of an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the residential development unit for a large, national law firm based in Birmingham city centre.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
Case load managementResponsible for your own plot sales mattersPrepare and review a range of legal documentsHandling financial aspects of a transaction, including completion statements and billingcommunicate with clients, buyer’s solicitors and other third parties to progress files and resolveissuesThe ideal candidate:
