Shift: Monday - Friday daylight with some travel to Cranberry, Passavant
Install, maintain, and repair gas, air, water, sewer, vacuum, medical gas, and fire suppression systems in the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Perform all work following infection control procedures.Prepare pipe for installation such as cutting, threading, removing burrs, grooving and bending.Record work orders and submit hours to supervisor on a daily basis.Estimate costs of installations and repair work, including requisition of material, as needed.Fit valves, couplings and other plumbing devices by screwing, bolting or soldering and seal connections with joint compounds, gaskets or caulking by using appropriate tools.Inspect systems for pressure loss and leaks.Install, repair and maintain various types of pipe assemblies, plumbing fixtures and piping system...
