**Job Title: Plumber – Commercial Construction**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on plumbing work for commercial construction projects, including apartment complexes and commercial buildings within approximately one hour of Cleveland. You will work a daytime schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30‑minute lunch and a 15‑minute morning break, installing and servicing a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures in new construction environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and run water and drain lines in new commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate layout and proper connections.
+ Install gas lines, including gas lines to furnaces, following applicable codes and safety practices.
+ Install sanitary drain lines, storm lines, roof drains, and hot water tanks according to project specifications.
