Position Summary


SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Perform installations, modifications, maintenance, repairs for the University plumbling system and equipment utilized in buildings, facilities and machinery of the University.


Qualifications


Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:3+ years hands-on commercial, industrial and residential plumbing work experience under a licensed master plumber required.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Knowledge of a Maintenance Management Work Order System such as Maximus. Sound, independent judgement and problem-solving skills. Good people skills. Substantial skills in maintenance and repair procedures including preventive maintenance, breakdown repair and trouble shooting.
