Job Description
Plumbing System Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems across the property.Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and broken pipes.Installation of Plumbing Fixtures: Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, and water heaters, ensuring proper functioning and installation according to industry standards.Water Pressure Maintenance: Monitor and adjust water pressure and flow, ensuring the efficiency of the plumbing systems in all areas of the property.Plumbing Emergency Response: Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, including burst pipes, flooding, and other urgent issues. Perform necessary repairs and ensure that the plumbing system is restored quickly and efficiently.
