Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair pipe including joints, valves, drains and fixtures in commercial properties.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies, determine issues and perform repairs.
• Perform regular planned maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Assist with cleaning and chlorination of hot and cold-water systems.
• Conduct CWST inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain and service TMVs.

Qualifications

• UK recognised Plumbing Qualification.
• Working knowledge of Water Regulations/Byelaws.
• Basic IT skills – able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.
• Attention to detail.
• Competent working independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Organised – can manage own paperwork.
• Flexible.
