We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Plumber to join our expanding team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Dartford. This practical, hands‑on role involves carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied social housing properties.

• Contract: Full Time Permanent
• Salary: up to £38,000 per annum, + company van & fuel card
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8‑5 Monday‑Friday)
• Location: Dartford

Duties

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and drainage issues
• Replace taps, toilets, cisterns, basins, and other sanitary ware
• Repair or replace pipework, valves, and fittings
