Position Overview

            Responsibilities Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. 
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties. 
Install and repair pipes, faucets, water heaters, sanitary fixtures and drainage systems. 
Handle concealed and exposed piping works. 
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance. 
Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards. 
Attend emergency maintenance calls as required. 
Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports. 
Drive company vehicles to transport technicians, tools and materials to job sites. 
Complete assigned work orders efficiently and professionally. 
Follow company safety procedures and maintain high service standards.
