This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work across a diverse property portfolio, maintaining and improving a wide range of plumbing, heating and drainage systems within historic and modern buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Inspect, service, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold water systems
• Service, maintain and repair boilers, heating systems and domestic gas appliances
