Job Objective To lead all contract and procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. The role ensures strategic sourcing, contractor vendor selection, and effective coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines.
- Prepare procurement plans, vendor lists, and long‑lead item strategies.
- Identify procurement risks and devise mitigation plans.
- Support early engagement for critical and long‑lead equipment.
- Manage vendor prequalification in line with ADNOC approved vendor lists (AVL).
- Oversee preparation of ITTs, Invitation to Tender, RFQs, and bid evaluation reports.
