**Responsibilities**
- Become a change agent in relation to External Blades in regards quality, costs, deliveries and services.
- Define prioritization and a governance model that sets the strategic plan.
- Promote formal communication to global and regional stakeholders.
- Provide a consolidated view of all projects with expected deliverables and milestones
**Qualifications**
- Solid experience with portfolio management and project management.
- Solid experience with change management and managing global stakeholders.
- Experience working across different cultures and regions.
- Bachelor degree in either Supply Chain Management, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, or similar.
**Competencies**
- Ability to structure and set up new processes.
- Scientific approach and an ability to drill down and communicate complex issues in easy understandable terms and actions to facilitate the administration process.
- Good communication skills (English).
