PMO & EVENTS DELIVERY LEAD

Build and run the operation that powers Startup Chihuahua's programs: turn plans, pilots and events into results delivered on time — without dropping a single detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and maintain the masterfile, CRM, KPI board and master report for our programs.
• Track pipeline, activities, budgets and deliverables on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate institutional reports in Spanish and English from a single master report.
• Coordinate pilots and projects: Project Charter, RACI, baseline, KPIs and closing criteria.
• Plan, coordinate and execute high‑intensity events: demo days, workshops, matchmakings and summits.
• Build the minute‑by‑minute run‑of‑show for each event and lead its execution on the ground.
• Document events and activities with minutes, evidence and results.
• Flag risks, delays, blockers and overload on time.
