It spans 50 markets, 20 manufacturing sites and approximately 20k SAP users.This is not a technical SAP upgrade. It is an enterprise-wide, business-led transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA, with wider scope across process, data, technology, AI and digital capability.The programme is preparing to enter Design phase in Q4 2026 and is taking a robust stage gate approach to phase entry and exit.
