Position Overview

Description

  • Drive financial accountability across assigned programs and ensure delivery within approved budgets
  • Design, plan, and execute technical programs aligned with Flightscape's strategic objectives and product roadmaps
  • Coordinate closely with Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery
  • Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, dependencies, and milestones
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including program controls, reporting, and release management processes
  • Manage program-level risks, issues, and changes; proactively identify mitigation strategies
  • Drive execution by holding stakeholders accountable and removing delivery roadblocks
  • Produce metrics-driven reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
