Role:

• Onboarding, offboarding and entitlements management
• Create Excel-based reports to enable monitoring and analysis of project key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Project progress and quality index monitoring
• Support with Project financials
• Creating proposals for special requests
• Create Project documentation based on standards and keep it update to date
• Identify Improvements for Team standards and Portfolio
• Support BAU Team colleagues with administrative project tasks from our portfolio
• Support to Service Delivery Managers and Team Lead with ad hoc tasks
• Working time as per CET work zone

Requirements:

• Experience working in international corporations (min 2 year), preferably PMO background.
• English language – min. B2, fluent spoken language
