PMV Administrator (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles)
Job Purpose
The PMV Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Plant, Machinery & Vehicles department by maintaining equipment records, tracking plant movements, managing documentation, and supporting reporting requirements to ensure efficient PMV operations across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the PMV asset register, equipment database, and documentation records.
- Track equipment allocation, mobilization, demobilization, and transfers between project sites.
- Maintain records for plant inspections, maintenance schedules, service history, and equipment certifications.
- Maintain and monitor daily equipment timesheets for all plant, machinery, generators, and vehicles deployed on projects.
