Purpose Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on‑boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, off‑boarding and etc. and works closely with the entity Head of HR in supporting designated business units.
Key Responsibilities - Supporting HR Business Partnering
- Serve as the primary P&O contact for assigned departments within Air & Sea Division.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational changes, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment‑related matters.
- Support managers in driving performance, employee development, and retention strategies.
