Davis Media is looking for a Podcast Producer / Video Editor who has taken a podcast from idea to finished, published episode — start to finish, not just one piece of the puzzle.

This role is not for someone who has only touched pieces of podcast production. We want someone who has personally owned the full process: planning an episode, running the recording, editing it, mixing it, and getting it out into the world — and who has something real to show for it.

You must be able to show us a podcast (or podcast‑style video project) you're genuinely proud of — something you built, not just something you worked on. Be ready to talk about your role in it and walk us through your process.
