Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be in a team involved in the following areas:

• Stewarding the performance management and progression frameworks for the Civil Service. This will require you to be familiar with the framework, and provide advice and guidance to the Ministries and our Business Partners with regard to our performance management and progression policies.
