The role requires close coordination with business units, branches, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service to customers and intermediaries.

Job Description

• Learn and perform issuance and endorsement processing for all products.
• Process policy/endorsement issuance in line with SLA and service standards.
• Follow up with Business Units/Branches on incomplete documentation or information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Business Units/Branches regarding policy servicing matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
