What You'll Do:
- Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close
- Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post‑subscription
- Handle auto‑assigned leads efficiently
- Achieve daily call volumes of approximately 80-100 calls
- Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
