Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all spray painting activities within the paint shop. Plan daily production targets based on the master production schedule. Allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily and weekly production objectives. Monitor work progress and ensure painting activities are completed within planned timelines. Coordinate with the Production Planning team to prioritize urgent and critical project requirements. Ensure finished products are delivered to the assembly or dispatch areas on schedule. Supervise sanding, filling, putty application, edge preparation and surface cleaning prior to painting. Ensure surfaces are properly prepared before primer and finish coat applications. Verify that all defects are rectified before moving items to the next finishing stage. Ensure correct sanding sequences are followed between coating applications.
