Position Summary

Ontario Pool & Spa is seeking motivated and reliable Pool Technicians to join our growing service team. Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, operation, repair, and servicing of commercial swimming pools, spas, and aquatic facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Add and handle pool chemicals safely.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, controllers, and feeders.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
• Repair, replace, and install pool equipment.
• Perform filter backwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Complete service reports and digital documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized mechanical rooms.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to management and clients.
