You will deliver high-quality casework, risk assessment and safety planning, helping survivors access housing, financial, legal and therapeutic support while promoting recovery, independence and wellbeing.

The role also involves supporting the day-to-day running of the refuge, leading wellbeing activities, working collaboratively with partner agencies, and ensuring the service remains safe, welcoming and empowering.
