Position Overview

Job
  • Oversee daily cargo and terminal operations during your shift.
  • Ensure safe, smooth, and efficient work processes according to SOPs
  • Enforce safety, security, and traffic control measures.
  • Respond to incidents and report promptly
  • Process billing tasks such as DSA, manual payments, and gate passes.
  • Conduct random checks to ensure proper lifting, billing, and dockage practices.
  • Report and help prevent revenue loss.
  • Assist with crane and equipment issues, coordinate with technical teams.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support improvement projects when needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in port operations or a similar environment
  • Comfortable using tech tools such as iPads and Microsoft Office applications
