1. Work closely with the Senior Manager Portfolio Management to ensure the effective operations of the investment programs offered at ScotiaMcLeod (Summit, SIP, Pinnacle):

• Program account approvals through Wealthone
• Ensure the managed accounts are appropriate and suitable for the clients
• Operationally ensure mandates are added or removed from the platform
• Provide portfolio analytics and risk measurement of mandates 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly supervision reviews to ensure adherence of the account to mandate, identify issues, notifying the appropriate team for resolution.
• Act as a main point of contact for all administrative requests, general program information and rejected account information.
• Assist with investment queries coming from the investment advisors/relationship managers
