12–18 years in QA/Testing, with 5–6+ years in delivery leadership, managing multi-account portfolios and testing engagements within Insurance domain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QE portfolio delivery for Insurance accounts; act as the escalation point for quality and delivery issues.
- Drive account growth and expansion through proposals, RFPs, estimations, and AI for QE service adoption within Insurance clients.
- Ensure high CSAT via strong stakeholder management and impactful demos.
- Establish delivery governance across accounts (KPIs, risks, compliance, regulatory considerations, reviews).
- Lead test improvement initiatives across coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Drive adoption of AI-led QE, automation-first, and CI/CD practices across Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps.
