Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

CMLS Financial, one of Canada’s largest commercial mortgage lenders, is looking for an Analyst to join our Construction Finance group. The role includes direct support for CMHC’s Apartment Construction Loan Program (“ACLP”). Under this mandate, CMLS provides project specific underwriting, structuring, loan recommendations, and loan advance administration for a federally funded national purpose-built multi-residential affordable housing program. Specific activities include assisting with conversion of construction loans to term loans, annual loan reviews, and portfolio monitoring support throughout the post-construction period.
