JOB DESCRIPTION
Greif is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to establish and lead a growing portfolio of emerging initiatives within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role operates as a senior, independent portfolio leader and serves as a key partner to IT leadership in shaping, governing, and accelerating initiatives from idea through scale. Although this role will not have any direct reports, it carries influence through cross-functional leadership, executive partnership, and portfolio decision-making. This is a foundational role responsible for not only managing the portfolio, but also for designing and implementing the processes, templates, governance mechanisms, and ways of working required to operate it effectively.
