With a strong development pipeline and a focus on delivering sustainable, hyperscale-ready facilities, they are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving investment strategy, execution, and portfolio management across our regional platform. You will work closely with senior management to originate, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities, including greenfield developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
