Assist the development of portfolio strategy including workplace standards and lease management for HKT Group
Plan, review, manage, report Portfolio Plan for individual BU assigned and to recommend, implement associated portfolio solutions to create value and cost saving for individual BU and HKT Group
Own, lead and manage the implementation of portfolio projects including all end-to-end activities from space planning to prepare layout design, coordinate to explore technical and operation feasibility of portfolio plan, to work with project managers and other working parties to achieve deliverables according to agreed schedule and budget
Manage & control the inventory record of spaces, capital & operating expenditures of projects
Prepare annual forecast, reporting and strategic planning
Work on ad-hoc task/ project from time to time as assigned
