Program and cadence managementOwn and run regular cadences for key projects (strategic and customer-led): weekly stand-ups, steering, milestones reviews and retrospectives.Maintain consolidated program trackers, RACI charts and roadmap views; ensure updates are accurate and timely.Escalate issues and decision points with recommended options and impact analysis.MVP and commercial alignmentMonitor and manage Solution department MVPs in close collaboration with the commercial team: scope, timelines, acceptance criteria and go-to-market readiness.Ensure functional and commercial commitments are aligned and documented.Process design and governanceDesign, document and socialize new processes within the fleet division (project intake, prioritization, change control, release coordination).Ensure teams understand expectations, deliverables and governance.People and delivery supportCoach and guide teams on process adherence, delivery expectations an...
