Job Overview

As a Main Gate Agent, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a secure, welcoming, and seamless arrival and departure experience at One&Only Palmilla.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, residents, and visitors
• Control and document all arrivals, departures, visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the property
• Ensure all access through the main gate is properly authorized, registered, and monitored
• Manage and control golf cart traffic and guest parking access
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any irregularities
• Coordinate and verify restaurant and spa reservations for access control purposes
• Maintain control of restricted access points, including back‑of‑house and villa access doors
