About the Role
In this role, you will perform underwriting assessment for POS requests such as increase in sum assured, inclusion of riders and non-disclosure cases. You will also be handling underwriting appeals.Responsibilities:
Underwrite POS requests and communicate decision to intermediaries within agreed TAT with competitive underwriting decision and minimal requirement(s) calling. This will include negotiating with reinsurers for terms favorable to placing the business.
Ensure cases are underwritten within the agreed TAT.
Resolving enquiries and issues with channel management is also part of the responsibility of this role.
