Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) and retail display projects from prototyping through production and multi-site rollout. 
Convert design briefs into production-ready builds, considering materials, structure, safety, assembly, and transport. 
Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization processes. 
Coordinate with fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing, and installation partners. 
Develop and track rollout plans, including store lists, delivery waves, and installation schedules. 
Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with brand standards and technical specifications. 
Control project budgets and margins, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations. 
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BOMs, drawings, POs, and installation reports.
