Intake Specialist, Florianópolis

An American law firm is growing its Brazil based support team and looking for an English fluent professional to join operations in Florianópolis as an Intake Specialist. This is an all around support role that starts in reception and intake, and grows into case management support as you learn the workflow.

Location & Schedule

Florianópolis SC, Centro or Trindade. Monday to Friday, weekends off. Hybrid, up to 4 remote days per month.

What You'll Do

Support daily operations across intake, client communication, and file organization. Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and internal teams. Help keep case files organized and up to date. Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed.
