Key Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) in accordance with NDIS and NDIS Commission requirements.
• Develop, review and implement person-centered, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans that are practical and outcomes-focused.
• Support the reduction and where appropriate, the elimination of restrictive practices by applying Positive Behaviour Support principles and promoting least restrictive alternatives.
• Provide training, coaching and ongoing guidance to participants, families, carers and support teams to ensure consistent implementation of behaviour support strategies.
