Job Purpose:

Provides full support for complex network security environments, including contact center and security technologies. Acts as a technically proficient, customer-facing resource within the Customer Success practice, supporting post-sales adoption by guiding customers through platform onboarding, security solution activation, and utilization best practices across relevant technology portfolios.

Demonstrates subject matter expertise in network security disciplines to be able to handle most support questions and all but the most challenging issues in TD SYNNEX's complex global environment, while also serving as a trusted technical guide to customers and supporting business planning and adoption initiatives.
