**‘RNA expression and genetic variants in the causal estimation of endometrial cancer risk - A Mendelian Randomization study’**
Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecological cancer in developed countries, and the incidence and mortality rates are increasing, also among younger women, mainly due to the increasing prevalence of obesity. In this study we aim to increase our understanding of the biological mechanisms underlying the development of the disease.
