A postdoctoral position in pancreatic cancer molecular biology is available to participate in a European study funded by the EC (GUIDE.MRD) assessing ct-DNA assays for lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers. The candidate will integrate DNA mutational features into an AI-assisted computational analysis for large patient cohorts. The Group is seeking a recent, motivated Ph.D. with relevant publications and experience in molecular/omics approaches to cancer.
The position involves working on studies led by the Group. In collaboration with other investigators, the postholder will take on responsibilities in conducting statistical analyses of complex molecular data, reporting results at scientific meetings and in manuscripts, and preparing grant applications. Contributions to multiple related publications and the development of new research ideas are expected from the postholder through proactive participation in Group-led projects.
